PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT
Payment is due within 48 hours of placing an order. Payment options include PayPal or Money Order.

SALES TAX
Only Illinois residents pay sales tax.
LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN

1. Pay 10% of the value of the painting via PayPal at the checkout     (this is non-refundable). In the ‘note to the seller’ write ‘layaway’
2. The painting is removed from my listings, and I hold on to it for up to 3 months
3. You can pay the remaining amount during those three months at any intervals and amounts you’d like via PayPal, as long as the whole amount including the shipping is paid off by the end of three-month period. Please contact me through after each sent payment so I can credit your account. I will confirm by sending you a balance.
4. Once the balance is paid off, the painting is shipped out to you immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once payment received, your items will normally ship within 3 business days.

Unless otherwise noted, all orders will ship to the address listed on the PayPal receipt.

Tracking information will be sent via email once it has been delivered to the carrier for shipment. All packages will include a packing slip, either inside the box or in the pouch used on the outside of the box for the shipping label.

The package will not ship to PO Boxes. Please make certain to use an alternate shipping address with your order.

CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is offered via USPS First Class International OR Priority Mail International. All rates vary. Please check each artwork for International rate to your country, or email me for information before purchasing.

Due to different size restrictions for different countries, Priority Mail International is not always available. Therefore, international shipping may or may not be an option even if it is listed for a particular item in my shop.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. As part of this responsibility, please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties. INSURANCE
All shipping includes insurance. All works are insured to their full value for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact me immediately for additional instructions. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the work. All work kept beyond 3 days without notification is assumed delivered safely and a final sale.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is offered whenever possible but additional shipping fees will apply. Please email me to confirm the ability to do expedited shipping prior to placing the order.

If you’ve already placed an order and wish to inquire about expedited shipping options, please notify me within 24 hours of placing your order. Expedited shipping will be invoiced separately.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available. If you wish to do a local pick-up, please proceed with the checkout and note “Local Pickup” under the “Message to the seller” field in the Final Review screen of checkout. Please complete the order on submit payment via PayPal.

GIFT SHIPPING
I will be happy to ship to a gift recipient’s address. Please note the order is a gift under by contacting me after the checkout process. This will prevent us from including a packing slip with the order total. If you would like me to write a special note to the gift recipient, please email me the message within 24 hours of placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase 7 days after reciept, you can send the Original artwork back and I will be happy to refund the full amount!

All works are insured for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact me immediately for additional instructions. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the work.

All returns back to Skye Taylor Galleries must be in their original condition and it is the customers obligation to fully insure the painting for damages in transit. If a painting arrives to use damaged; the customer is responsible for the insurance claim.

PLEASE NOTE: Metal Artwork is custom made at the time of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy you may return it back to the manufacture within 7 days and I will issue you a store credit for the full amount to be used toward an original piece of art or anything of your choosing.  If the Metal Art  arrives damaged by the fault of the Company or Carrier you MUST notify Skye Taylor Galleries by Email within 24 hours of receipt or it will be acknowledged it was acceptable. No cash refund on Metal art is possible as it is made to order special. It is the customers full responsibility to fully insure the return  of the Metal Art back to the manufacture. It is advised to have it professionally boxed and insured.  The Manufacture has the right to refuse any damaged goods. It must be returned in the original condition. If it was the carriers fault you must claim it on your return insurance for reimbursement.
