There is no return on custom artworks as they are artworks made specifically for you upon request.
If there is something wrong with the painting please contact me at skyetaylor@skyetaylorgalleries.com so we can solve the problem.
Exchange Only is accepted on already-created originals, with the following guidelines:
- You must contact me within three (3) business days, from the date the artwork is received on your end. I will then provide you with the shipping details.
- Exchange is done with paintings of similar value.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of the returned painting. Painting must be packaged properly (similar to the way it was shipped) and fully insured.
In the event of damage during shipping I will ask you to take photos of the artwork, including the box and email it to me at skyetaylor@skyetaylorgalleries.com or contact me through my website.
